Slightly lighter than the Nimbus 12, the Asics Gel Nimbus 13 is the flagship running shoe in Asics cushioning category and the lightweight stability of the Trusstic System® which reduces the weight of the sole unit while retaining the structural integrity of the shoe. This longtime favorite is built on a wide platform, making for exceptional comfort and stability. Features enhanced upper fit with Asics proprietary asymmetrical lacing design, while cozy Solyte Midsole material provides a plush road feel.

The Asics Gel Nimbus is a cushioned/neutral shoe. Cushioned/neutral shoes are for thoses that have high or normal arches. These shoes are able to handle long runs and protect the joints but don't have the extra medial support that efficient runners don't need.
